Recipes de las clases de cocina

Pollo de Pechuga c/ Pan y Salsa de Mostaza
(Chicken breast with bread and Mustard Sauce)

6 chicken breasts, filleted and cut into small long pieces
French Bread

Marinade: Olive oil, garlic cloves, oregano
Make to your liking: enough to cover the chicken
Salsa de Mostaza: 2 spoon fulls of Mustard paste, ½ cup of (½ and ½) or cream, 1 spoon of sugar
Place in a sauce pan and cook until warm.
1.Take your chicken filletes and cut them and sprinkle salt over one side of the chicken. Place in the marinade and place in refrigerator for a least 2 hours.
2.Cook in a frying pan or on the grill and cook until done....
3.Cut french bread into small thin pieces.
4.Place the cooked chicken on the brea and then add a spoon full of the Mustard sauce on top.


Tomates Relleno de Papas
(tomatoes filled with potatoes)

Tomatoes
3 big Potatoes (boiled)
Parmesan Cheese

Relleno: 3 spoon fulls of olive oil, 3 garlic cloves, parsley, salt,

1.Boil potatoes
2.Cut tomatoes in half and take out the seeds/clean out the middle
3.Take the boiled potatoes and mix with the relleno with a mixer...should have a consitancy of whipped butter
4.Place the relleno in the tomatoes.
5.Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of tomatoes
6.Broil at 180 degrees until brown on top.
*Garnish with fresh parsley if needed

Lomo con Queso
(pork chop and cheese)

Marinade: 3 big spoon fulls of olive oil, oregano, parsley, 2 cloves of garlic
Pork chop: 4 cut and filleted into small thin long pieces
French Bread
Cheese slices (whatever you like)

1.Make marinade
2.Cut pork chop
3.Sprinkle salt on one side of Pork chop and place in marinade
4.Put into the refrigerator for 2 hours
5.Cook pork chop in frying pan or grill
6.Cut bread into small thin pieces
7.Cpread bread slices with Mayo
8.Place pork chop on bread
9.Cover with cheese Slice
10.Cook in oven until cheese is melted

8 boiled Eggs with Tuna

8 boiled eggs
Mayo
can of tuna

1.Cut boiled eggs in half
2.Take out yokes
3.Mix with mayo, garlic, and tuna
4.Place mixture inside the egg white


Small hamburgers

Hamburger
Cherry tomatoes
Mushrooms
French Bread
Eggs
Skewers

1.Mix 2 garlic cloves, parsley, salt
2.Add 2 eggs
3.Mix hamburger with mixture
4.Add pepper to taste
5.Cherry cooking wine
6.Take hamburger mixture and make small patties and cover them with flour
7.Cook in a frying pan
8.Once done place them on a skewer with a mushroom in between 2 patties and top with cherry tomatoe


Tortilla Dulce
(Sweet tortilla)

Sandwhich bread
Eggs
Milk

1.Tear up bread and put into mixing bowl
2.Heat up 6 spoon fulls of sugar and ½ liter of milk together
3.Place over bread in mixing bowl: add cinnamon
4.Add 2 beaten eggs to bread mixture and mix with spoon or hands
5.In frying pan put oil to grease pan.....take bread mixture by draining some of the milk and place bread mixture in frying pan covering the bottom.
6.Move tortilla so it doesn't stick to pan
7.Flip tortilla to cook other side
8.Place on plate and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top
